How to find a legitimate data entry job? I've searched all over the place, and can't find a legitimate data entry job, even though I know there are some. Does anyone know of a site/business that I can email or write to, that DOES NOT CHARGE MONEY. If it was a true JOB they would not be charging money up front, so anyone that suggests one of those scams will be downvoted. Thanks for your help.

Hmm.....
Btw, anyone know about any company like raffles... (data-entry-job) which can be trusted??? Thanks

i'm not sure about others but raffles.. i've been waiting to apply but are they honest?

Raffles even advertised in the Jobstreet website as 'Freelance' jobs. Does recruiting agency like Jobstreet has the right to bar such job scams since they are the professional who is supposd to offer genuine jobs to interested candidates?

Please be careful when you intend to sign up with any companies offering work-at-home jobs online. Raffles Recruitment is a scam company. You can read about it here:

The same goes to Typeinternational and Express Paid Surveys. Please read the guidelines on how to protect yourself from getting conned. These are other useful articles on work-at-home scams:

yeah. you are right Peter.

I have signed up with them. What i get are all the links and few e-books teach me how to make money online. After i read these books, i found them useful. I have earned some money since i understood these books.

however, these survey/data entry, i think they can be found from the search engines too. But, i think, because not many people aware of this kind of information. that's why raffles recruitment gather the information, and sell to people who need the information.

i think they have clearly indicated what they are actually selling. Once i contacted with them, they said that they were not the actual employers, but they introduce people this kind of information. i believe there are many people like me who are able to interpret and understand what they are selling. if you know what they are selling, you surely can earn some money using this program.

just my neutral view of point.

Dear all, please do not be scamed, i am a foolish one to signed up with them. What all they did is just to forward me a list of websites which either do surveys or data entry jobs. All the sites can be found at Google or Yahoo. Please spread this message to anyone whom you know or dunno. I think the site orginated from singapore.

I have checked this website out. I think this company is a recruiting agency. just like one of those outside. i guess they help people to get a job and they earn the commission for getting people to get a job to an employer.

just like one of those recruiting agencies. They introduce people jobs. for a successful job introducing, i mean if the person gets employed, the agent will charge the person a fee. it could be deducted from salary for continuos 3 months or whatever other methods.

Same as this website i think, raffles recruitment.com helps people to get jobs, and for each successful application, raffles recruitment.com earns commision of US$ 45.55. It is much lower compared to other recruitng agencies.

However, i havent tried whether this site is a scam or not. The above is how i think of this website. this also can explain they charge money upfront.
