The Award amount of RM2000 was shared equally among four Salaam Wanita members. 

Kong Foong Yee will use her share of the money to continue experimenting with eco-paints for baskets. 

Soo Yoke Cheng will provide basket-weaving training to more disadvantaged/ unemployed women so that they become self-reliant.

Lim Meng Choo will design new baskets.

Norarita Jamaludin is planning to use the money to create new basket designs to increase the product range.
